Consulting Approach

Systems are the "supply chain enabler" and an important part of any supply chain project. At Clearpepper, we ensure that your systems are:

• suitable to support your processes
• integrated to provide information
• intelligent to provide alerts and management information / KPIs
• functional to support your administrators

Where the above is not the case, we will recommend changes. However, we always do this in line with our four stage consulting approach.

Before we make any recommended system changes, we will first evaluate your network design and business processes to ensure that any system recommendations are part of the "to be" solution and are integral to delivering your supply chain strategy.

Vendor Selection, Realisation, and Implementation

We do not project manage or implement systems. Nor are we tied to any software vendors. However, we will use our extensive experience to advise on software products that we know are suited to your supply chain requirements. We can also manage the vendor selection process on your behalf to select the vendor with the functionality that best matched your needs and "to be" processes.

If systems implementation is required from the outset of the project, to ensure continuity we will recommend that our business integration partners Mieloo and Alexander join the project from an early phase. Mieloo and Alexander are independent business integrators that we implicitly trust to project manage and implement major IT projects including SAP and Oracle.
